Customer Service Policy:

Our team provides live telephone (800-680-2076) and email (wholesale@AmazingCreation.com) customer service from 9am to 7pm EST Monday through Friday. We respond within 12-24 hours via email (wholesale@AmazingCreation.com) at all other times.

Pricing Policy:

All prices are subject to change without notice. If for any reason a price posted on our website is incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it. If a price changes, all customers will have the opportunity to either approve the corrected pricing or to cancel their order prior to their order being produced. If a price correction reduces the cost of an order, we will automatically add a credit to our customers account.

Return Policy:

Most orders call for the permanent customization of product which AmazingCreation.com cannot re-stock. Therefore, once production begins (prior to shipment), all custom product purchases become final and cannot be cancelled. Custom product orders that are delivered cannot be returned.

Shipping Origins:

We ship primarily from our factory in Long Island, NY. Some shipments come from our production partners throughout the US.

Shipping Methods:

Our primary shipping carrier throughout the United States and Internationally, is UPS. We offer every shipping options ranging from Standard Ground Shipping to Next Day A.M. Delivery.

Shipping Policies:

Free United States Shipping ONLY applies to the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories are not eligible for free shipping. 50% Discounted Shipping Rate to Canada does not apply to rural or extended area delivery locations.
